Job Title: Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist (Onsite)
Role Summary:
An experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist is required to support with the successful implementation of our clients Dynamics 365 applications. Your experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 systems, sales cycles, workflows, and associated business processes combined with an appreciation of associated technologies would add value to our client's project. Your involvement with clients will be on-site.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT project team to review the requirements and contribute to the strategic plans for Dynamics 365 deployment and optimization.
- Provide technical expertise in Dynamics 365 services.
- Experience with two or more MS Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Sales, Finance, Warehouse Management, Trade & Logistics, Marketing, Service, and Production, Manufacturing.
- Support in the migration component of the project to transition from legacy systems to on-premises Dynamics 365, providing technical assistance, assessing dependencies, and participating in coexistence scenarios.
- Experience with data migration/integration from external systems into Dynamics 365
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business units and end users against business requirements.
- Experience with relational Databases, SQL, and Data modeling.
- Experience in environment and release management
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- 4+ years' experience implementing, developing, supporting, and maintaining Dynamics 365 or relevant technical experience.
- Should have been involved in at least 2 to 5 end to end Implementation cycles.
- Experience supporting migration projects to Microsoft 365, including technical assistance and familiarity with migration tools and methodologies.
- Experience with QuickBooks, accounting software package, would be an asset.
- Extensive understanding of sales, purchase, and accounting transactions.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
