Job Description/Responsibilities
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Client Relations Team; Designs and implements programs that solicit customer feedback on products/services; Investigates client complaints and provide timely feedback and solutions; Develops and implement proper customer service strategies and techniques that align with the companys overall strategy; Ensures accurate records are maintained for all clients; Manages new and existing client relationships; Monitors the time taken to process client requests, queries and complaints; Constantly assess practices to ensure the client experience is improved; Clearly communicates performance expectations and provides ongoing feedback to team members;
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management Studies or a relevant field Three (3) years experience in a management position Two (2) years experience in a customer service environment
