About the job Treasury Officer (Montego Bay)
The Treasury Officer coordinates the efficient operation of the Vault by ensuring that all packages are received and stored in accordance with Beryllium's Standard Operating Procedures. Responsibilities: Completes logs and reports accurately and in compliance with relevant company policies; Ensures adherence to policies which address custody and the custody transfer of all items in the vault; Ensures that the crews cell phones and handheld devices are charged overnight; Reports breaches promptly; Demonstrates accountability for the sensitive resources associated with the role; Displays accuracy in the execution of all aspects of work; Maintains confidentiality at all times; Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Job Requirements
A minimum of five (5) subjects at the CSEC level, including Mathematics and English Language Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar environment Sound organizational and leadership skills Customer service oriented Strong oral and written communication skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Good working knowledge of computers and software Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays and for extended hours.
