About the job Assistant Cash Processing Manager
Job Description/Responsibilities
Oversees daily cash operations including but not limited to deposit verification, change order preparation, inventory management, and opening and closing of branch and vault check-in/out; Mentors and coach staff as they work to achieve performance goals; Ensures team members are adequately trained and cross-trained; Performs annual performance reviews, monitors performance and conducts periodic evaluations to address performance gaps; Ensures the departments operating procedures are kept up to date with any ongoing changes; Ensures accountability and security of all funds transiting the department; Develops plans to reduce or eliminate operational inefficiencies. Maintains required compliance with all company policies and procedures; Provides excellent customer service both internally and externally to support the servicing of the deposit products; Monitors the effectiveness of the assigned functions and recommends improvements; Performs any other duty within the scope of the function
Job Requirements
A Bachelors Degree in any Business related field; A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
