Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, providing recommendations, and helping them get the items they are looking for.
- Handling cash and non- cash transactions.
- Answering the phone and communicating effectively with customers.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and account for all transactions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting your fellow team members.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and following established merchandising standards.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with product information and promotions.
- Other duties assigned by a superior.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant customer service experience, including handling both a manual and a Digital POS System.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Basic math skills, including the ability to make change
- Ability to handle and manipulate cash and other forms of payment with accuracy.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
