Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, providing recommendations, and helping them get the items they are looking for.
  • Handling cash and non- cash transactions.
  • Answering the phone and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawers and account for all transactions.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting your fellow team members.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and following established merchandising standards.
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information and promotions.
  • Other duties assigned by a superior.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant customer service experience, including handling both a manual and a Digital POS System.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to make change
  • Ability to handle and manipulate cash and other forms of payment with accuracy.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
