Responsibilities

• Core Systems & Peripheral Equipment Operation - responsible for completing daily data processing updates of confidential customer data.
• Information Distribution - responsible for printing, retrieving, separating, and examining hardcopy reports and customer notices and dispatching them in a secure and confidential manner to intended recipients.
• Systems Availability Monitoring, Alerts, Response, and Reporting - monitors all the bank networks, servers, systems, and other core applications to preserve confidentiality, reliability, availability, and integrity of all systems and information; ensuring minimal downtime and timely and detailed logging and escalation of issues and anomalies to management and support as necessary.
• Incident / Problem Management - promptly detects and responds appropriately to problems with any monitored systems, functioning as 1st level support by troubleshooting all such anomalies and issues.
