Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for teaching and implementing agile principles and methods. Influences the top management and is able to mobilize the teams of the organization towards agile ways of working and their continuous improvement. Is a coach and mentor for the entire team. Serves as a role model, driving and accompanying the change of mindset and behavior.
  • Lead the dissemination and implementation of agile practices in the organization.
  • Ensure agile values and principles and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
  • Ensure coordination and governance mechanisms between teams, making use of scale practices.
  • Support the leaders of Digitization, Architecture, and Design in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the different journeys.
  • Ensure removal of obstacles at the company level (e.g. cultural barriers, logistical challenges) Lead the generation of agile capabilities in the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside the factory.
  • Ensure focus on teams in the factory and ensure they are fully functional and productive Promote the autonomy and growth of the digital factory.
  • Lead the implementation of the agile mindset in the team and in the business through conversations, coaching, and role plays Foster a reliable and safe environment.
  • 4+ years in Agile development.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a scrum master.
  • Previous experience in product development in business or technical profiles - very desirable.
  • Ability to train Scrum Masters internally and develop skills in agile practices for all people in the factory.
  • Ability to accompany, take action, and ensure maximum value delivery.
  • Knowledge of other agile methodologies (such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, FDD, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of the concept journey of the customer and customer-centricity.
  • Ability to bring innovation knowledge in agility.
  • Ability to coordinate and navigate the organization to mobilize top management towards agile methods.
  • Business value generation oriented.
