Business Development Executive in the US/Caribbean Markets!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads for our organization, focusing on the US and Jamaican markets. As a commission-based position, the candidate will earn a cut of the commission for every client they bring in. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation and possess strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
:
- Conduct extensive lead generation activities, primarily targeting the US and Caribbean markets.
- Utilize various strategies and channels to identify and engage potential clients, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our services.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, set up meetings, and facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, activities, and communications using Google Sheets or other designated tools.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed the daily/weekly lead generation targets set by the company.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in generating leads within the US and Caribbean markets.
- Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and build relationships.
- Solid sales background with a money-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
- Experience with collections is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or similar tools to track leads and activities.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads.
- Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in the US business time zones (9 am to 6 pm EST).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to make 150 calls per day.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

Working in our Contract Room, you will have the opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals focused on driving sales and achieving business goals. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for placing outbound calls to promote and sell our services. If you are a money-driven salesperson with strong communication skills, the ability to build and cultivate client relationships, and a solid sales background, this role is for you. Collections experience and proficiency with Google Sheets are desirable.
