Responsibilities:

  • Engage with representatives of business units to develop and/or modify requirements, and business design specifications for units SharePoint page.
  • Perform requirements analysis to provide business units with recommendations for recreating and migrating their content.
  • Analyze requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, and comprehend system capabilities. Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and workflows.
  • Manage and design site collections, and content databases.
  • Implement web part pages and site features.
  • Assist with the development of SharePoint processes, and procedures.
  • Utilize SharePoint to create automated forms, such as surveys, which have built-in approval/vetting process workflows.
  • Provide direction and assistance on levels of testing to ensure migrated sites are defect-free.
  • Analyses and resolves issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows, and content.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint Online, with a strong emphasis on modern SharePoint.
  • Sites and site architecture (hub sites, content libraries, document lists, search, etc...). Experience with other JavaScript frameworks like Typescript, React, Bootstrap, and SharePoint Framework.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal required).
  • Project management and process improvement experience.
