About the job Share Point Online Migration
Responsibilities:
- Engage with representatives of business units to develop and/or modify requirements, and business design specifications for units SharePoint page.
- Perform requirements analysis to provide business units with recommendations for recreating and migrating their content.
- Analyze requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, and comprehend system capabilities. Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and workflows.
- Manage and design site collections, and content databases.
- Implement web part pages and site features.
- Assist with the development of SharePoint processes, and procedures.
- Utilize SharePoint to create automated forms, such as surveys, which have built-in approval/vetting process workflows.
- Provide direction and assistance on levels of testing to ensure migrated sites are defect-free.
- Analyses and resolves issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows, and content.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint Online, with a strong emphasis on modern SharePoint.
- Sites and site architecture (hub sites, content libraries, document lists, search, etc...). Experience with other JavaScript frameworks like Typescript, React, Bootstrap, and SharePoint Framework.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal required).
- Project management and process improvement experience.
