Job Summary:

The People Change Lead is responsible for guiding and managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Change Strategies: Develop and execute change management plans that support organizational goals and minimize disruption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the change process.
  • Training and Support: Create and deliver training programs to help employees adapt to changes.
  • Monitor and Measure Impact: Track the progress of change initiatives and measure their impact on employee behavior and organizational performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate resistance to change.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all change management activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in change management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess change readiness and analyze the impact of change initiatives.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills to support managers and supervisors.
