Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Role Purpose
Manage and support the identity lifecycle and access control processes to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems and applications. The role plays a key part in protecting enterprise and customer data by enforcing strong identity and access management controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision, modify, and deprovision user access across systems and applications in line with approved requests and policies
- Enforce IAM policies, standards, and segregation of duties controls
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
- Support internal and external audits, security reviews, and compliance assessments
- Monitor access controls and investigate access-related issues or violations
- Collaborate with technology, security, and business teams to implement access requirements
- Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and access evidence
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or information security roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and enterprise IAM tools
- Experience working in banking or other highly regulated security environments
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles
- Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, and security reviews
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive access data
Nice to Have
- Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions
- Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP)
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
- Experience with automation, scripting, or workflow tools for access provisioning
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM-related certifications)
