Role Overview:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient workflow. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to manage executive schedules, correspondence, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and follow-up

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, materials, and minute-taking

Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and office systems to ensure accessibility and compliance

Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and following up on action items

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing urgent matters and delegating when appropriate

Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and efficient workflow

Support executive decision-making by providing timely information, research, and administrative assistance
Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support

Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
