Position Overview

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading the organization's global sales strategy, revenue generation, and business development initiatives. The CSO oversees sales operations, client acquisition, account management, and sales performance across all channels and markets. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Drive revenue generation through strategic sales planning and execution.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Lead customer acquisition and business development initiatives across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and sales channels to expand market reach.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Digital Sales & Innovation

  • Drive adoption of CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital sales strategies.

Reporting & Executive Engagement

  • Provide regular sales performance reports and strategic insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12–15+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales organizations.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
