About the job Customer Success Manager

Roles and Responsibility : 


1. To onboard new customers and create opportunities with existing end
    customers.
2. Create opportunity to use range of our products in end customers eco
    system for long term use.
3. Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational
    goals.
4. Support end customers as they transition from sales prospects to active
   users of our products.
5. Suggesting new and innovative ways to keep end customer succeeding with
    our products.
6. Strong organisational and presentation skills.
7. A tendency for relationship building with end customer.
8. To generate excitement for new or developing products by keeping end
    customer updated on their progress. As new products become available, to
   facilitate demo and training.
9. To find upselling opportunities organically and also to understand the
    clients' use-case and earn their trust.
10. To provide the technical product support and training necessary to keep
     their customers happy.
11. Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving
      the given objectives.
