Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for Business Development
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Manage an effective, efficient and productive marketing by ensuring that the appropriate structures,
systems, competencies and values are developed in the institution.
Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, patient support groups and other healthcare
organizations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored.
To have good knowledge of the courses offered in the institution and have the ability to explain about the
course conducted and the need for training to the Healthcare Organizations
Interpersonal skills- focuses on solving conflict, maintains confidentiality, keep emotions under control,
remains open to other ideas and tries new things
To speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and gets clarification,
responds well to questions, demonstrates group presentation skills.
To balance and team individual responsibilities and openness to others
To approach others in a tactful manner. Reacts well under work pressure and accepts responsibility
Undertake self-development activities
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and
other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target
groups
Track all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring
to senior executives
Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
