Qualifications:

Any Graduate or Master s Degree (MBA / PGDM)

Key Competencies-

Experience Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales/ CRM/ERP/IT Product sales

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

MS Office Skills in Documentation, Spreadsheet , PPT skills

Product Demo & Presentation Skills.

Added advantage if they have Digital Marketing &Social Media Skills, like SEO, SMM.

Teamwork, Adaptability & Creativity essential

Employment Type -Full Time, Permanent field work involved, must work from office & 3 days a week on the field

Preferable experience in education domain is an added advantage.

Language - Proficiency in Tamil & English languages. Hindi is an added advantage

Must be a local resident in TN/ Chennai/ respective city with High energy, self-motivated with lot of drive and follow up / persuasive skills. Must be able to plan the work and achieve monthly targets with a never give up attitude.

Role They have to visit various School & College heads in their region, fix up demos with the decision makers and achieve minimum target set by the company.

Must have own vehicle to move about quickly and willing to travel extensively in the respective regions.

Must know various processes involved in sales cycle including bulk emailers, lead generation, tele calling, product demo, proposal submission, rate negotiation skills, customer relations, customer support & retention activities, etc.
