Job Description : 

  1. Responsible for leading E-Commerce Business and growing customer base via Shopify including all associated technologies .
    Responsible for developing sales and channel strategy of e-commerce partners .
  2. Ensuring all Supply Chain requirements pertaining to the execution of orders are delivered effectively and efficiently and timely communicated to the procurement team .
  3. Responsible for new product listings and sharing listing templates for respective partner platforms in prescribed formats. A+ content publishing for all new SKU listings .
  4. Developing new sales channels and growth strategy through Warehouse Expansion with APOB/VPOB registrations across different regions to enable same-day delivery and better customer service. Expanded to multiple zones in the country.
  5. Able to identify opportunity and challenge of the category by e-retailer's sales data, retail audit, shopper research and any data available
  6. Sales and relationship management through communicating effectively with customers, partners and suppliers regarding order status and market trends
  7. Plan to grow the online business on basis of various parameters like competitor mapping, pricing, product category
  8. Weekly and monthly status reports to all stakeholders including KPIs such as sales performance, conversion, traffic, and average transaction value. Defined the KPIs/KR
  9. Troubleshooting platform-related issues with timely follow-up
    Managing relationships with account managers of respective marketplaces
  10. Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing information, train team members on listing, pricing.


Requirements :

1. Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities
2. Knowledge about Market and Category Analysis (Competitor Analysis, Market Trends, Price Benchmarking)
3. Tools: Helium 10, MS Office Suite, ClickUp, Google Keyword Planner, Quicksell
4. Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals : Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Paytm, Shopclues, SnapDeal, Shopify, WordPress .
5. Handle complex & challenging environments & deal with a solution-oriented mindset.
6. Experience with Shopify, CRM tools and other marketplace is a must .
