Java Support Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities
⦁ Collaborate with internal teams to understand the systems in depth and ensure
smooth operations⦁ Write clean, scalable code in Java.
⦁ Test and deploy applications and systems
⦁ Revise, update, refactor and debug code
⦁ Manage / Improve existing software and provide technical support
⦁ Collaborate in designing and implementing QA processes
⦁ Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure proper integration with
all systems
⦁ Strong troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis skillset is a MUST


Tech Skill Requirements:
⦁ Design Patterns: MVC, MVVM, SOA, Microservices, Dockers,
⦁ Database: MySql, S3, Mongo DB ( PL/SQL, Triggers, Functions, Jobs, Store
Procedure )
⦁ API Development: Web Services REST , XML, JSON
⦁ IDE & Tools: Visual Studio or any modern IDE
⦁ Domain Knowledge: Inventory, Logistics, Retail, ecommerce, B2B, Finance
⦁ Source code management: GitHub, Bitbucket, Git
⦁ Strong Computer Science fundamentals is important
