Job Title: Pre/Onboarding Associate
This role involves coordinating with candidates during the pre-boarding process, collecting necessary information, and ensuring all required documents are submitted promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Boarding Coordination:
·       Initiate and manage pre-boarding activities for candidates joining our company.
·       Communicate effectively with candidates to gather personal, educational, and employment-related information required for onboarding.
·       Guide candidates through the process of filling out joining-related forms and documents.
Document Management:
·       Upload and organize supporting documents, such as resumes, identification, educational certificates, and employment records into our system.
·       Ensure timely submission of Interview Evaluation sheets and Pre-Employment Medical forms.
Candidate Engagement:
·       Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the pre-boarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
·       Provide candidates with necessary information regarding their upcoming onboarding process, including schedules and requirements.
Record Keeping:
·       Maintain accurate and confidential records of pre-boarding activities and candidate information.
·       Generate reports and update the HR team as required.
Qualifications:
·       Graduate candidates required.
·       2+ years of experience on Pre-Onboarding coordination.
·       Good at English communication skills and proficient MS Excel.
