4. Oversee and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine
rankings and increase organic traffic.
5. Create captivating television commercials and digital videos that resonate
with the target audience and effectively convey the brand's message.
6. Plan and execute content marketing initiatives to establish thought
leadership, engage the audience, and drive customer engagement.
7. Utilize marketing and consumer research insights to inform and enhance
marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate with target demographics.
8. Develop and deploy integrated marketing communications that align with
brand messaging across all touchpoints, including traditional and digital
media.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
and brand representation.
10. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify
opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
11. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using

Qualifications:
1. MBA from a premier institute in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field.
2. Over 10 years of proven experience in marketing communications, with a
strong focus on digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and SEM.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and
content management systems.
5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data
driven decisions.
6. Previous experience in content marketing, including content creation and
distribution.
7. Demonstrated success in leading and managing marketing teams.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage
multiple initiatives simultaneously.
10. Adept at fostering collaboration and maintaining effective relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
in marketing communications.
