Roles and Responsibilities


a. Drive the primary &secondary targets for the assigned territory.
b. Implementation of on ground marketing programmes for assigned territory (which includes Trade Activations) &sales execution across the territory (distribution, in-store availability, range selling, activation &merchandising implementation)
c. Identify on-ground business issues: Monitor daily business Issues & Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame.
d. Identify opportunities: maximising business relationships &tapping market information by gathering competitors info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc.) and regularly update the sales force teams.
e. Managing the team of interim sales representatives (ISR)
f. Awareness of basic field working techniques e.g. Planning a route/beat, preferable prior experience in dealing with chemist channel, basically should be aware on how to do classifications of chemist shops on a given route (i.e. his ability to analyse the data, basis
classification of chemist shops (high , medium low volume) he should be able to plan his route for the particular week to arrive at the targets (monthly /weekly/daily targets visioning exercise)
g. Detailing of product(s) in the stores
h. Good network with OTC Distributors on the field (in the specific geography)


Job Specification

a. Minimum graduate
b. Preferable age: Not more than 35 years
c. Should have at least 24 months of geography experience.
d. Should have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
e. Should have sales Exposure in GT(Chemists), Rx (Pharma stockiest), Distributor(OTC/FMCG/Pharma)-mandatory, SS (Super stockiest), Wholesale, Generics (Gx)
f. Good team management & coaching skills
g. Should possess Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills to interpret and draw insights from data

Experience: 4-7 years
