Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization's services.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers and telephones.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
