Local CDL-A Intermodal Truck Driver | Home Daily - Avg $1,400+/Week

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local intermodal fleet based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers daily home time, consistent container freight, competitive mileage pay, and both day and night shifts.

Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,400
• $0.63 CPM standard mileage pay
• $34 short-haul pay (plus mileage on qualifying loads)
• $17 stop pay for designated stops
• +$0.05 CPM on qualifying nighttime loaded miles
• +$0.10 CPM on qualifying weekend loaded miles
• $10 per day performance bonus when weekly performance requirements are met

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Daily
• Day and night shifts available

Job Details

• Dedicated intermodal container freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of solo CDL-A driving experience
• Experience operating as a first-seat driver
• Comfortable with container freight and local intermodal operations
• Must live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC
• Must meet all DOT and company hiring requirements
