CDL-A Local Truck Driver – Home Daily | Sign On Bonus | Up To $1400+/week

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a local refrigerated grocery delivery position based in Shelbyville, Indiana. Enjoy daily home time, competitive pay, consistent freight, and newer automatic equipment while staying close to home.

Drivers with at least 6 months of recent Class A CDL experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400+
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Mileage pay plus:
  • Stop Pay
  • Load Pay
  • Detention Pay
• Performance-based mileage increase after one year
• Sign-On Bonus up to $7,500 (paid in installments based on performance and tenure)

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Daily
• Average 8-hour shifts
• Start times between 4:00 PM and 2:00 AM
• One weekend day off each week
• One floating weekday off during non-peak season
• Average 1–2 stops per day

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight to customer locations
• Use a pallet jack and assist with unloading as needed
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner and International tractors
• Automatic transmissions
• Day cabs
• Outward-facing safety cameras
• APUs and inverters
• Electronic logging devices (ELD)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• No endorsements required
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards
• Ability to assist with unloading freight using a pallet jack
• Must live within approximately 60 miles of Shelbyville, IN
