What You'll Earn

Average Annual Pay

• $72,000–$80,000

Mileage Pay

• $0.50–$0.57 CPM

Additional Pay

• $45 Live Load/Unload
• $25 Drop & Hook
• $15 Out-of-Route Moves
• $20/hour Detention Pay
• $20/hour Training Pay

Bonus

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid according to company payout schedule)

Freight Details

• Local Intermodal Freight
• 75% Drop & Hook
• Majority No-Touch Freight
• Intermodal Container Hauling
• Approximately 2,000 Miles Per Week
• Operating within a 200-mile radius of Indianapolis

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
• Transport intermodal containers on local routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule
• Follow all DOT safety regulations

Minimum Requirements
