We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a Western Regional fleet offering consistent miles, competitive weekly pay, and regular home time. Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400–$1,700
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,500–3,200 miles
• Mileage Pay: Up to $0.60 CPM, based on verified experience

Experience-Based Pay

• 6 Months Experience: $0.55 CPM
• 1 Year Experience: $0.56 CPM
• 2 Years Experience: $0.57 CPM
• 2+ Years Experience: Up to $0.60 CPM

Additional compensation for detention, layovers, breakdowns, stop pay, and other accessorials may be available.

Home Time

• Home Weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Consistent regional routes
• Weekend home time is not guaranteed
• Home time is scheduled based on freight availability and operational needs

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer throughout the Western Regional network
• Transport refrigerated freight safely and on time
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and route updates

• Regional refrigerated freight
• Consistent freight network
• Approximately 2,500–3,200 miles per week
• Routes vary based on freight demand and driver location

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to operate throughout the Western Regional service area
• Safe driving record
• Must meet all DOT and company hiring requirements
