CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Dry Van & Reefer | $2,100 Avg Weekly

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional dry van and refrigerated fleet operating throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. This position offers a fixed weekly pay of $2,100, frequent home time during the week, and a weekend 34-hour reset.

Pay & Compensation

• Guaranteed $2,100 per week
• Paid every Friday via direct deposit
• 1099 Position
• Layover Pay: $150
• Detention Pay: $25/hour after 2 hours
• Approximately 3,200 miles per week

Home Time

• Home every other or every third night to reset
• Home every weekend for a 34-hour reset
• Regional routes throughout Illinois and Wisconsin

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
• Haul dry van and refrigerated freight
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logs
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule

Freight Details

• 100% No-Touch Freight
• Dry Van & Reefer
• Approximately 70% Drop-and-Hook (Dry Van)
• Reefer freight includes live load and live unload
• No New York City deliveries

• Assigned late-model 2024–2027 Volvo and Freightliner tractors
• Automatic transmissions

• Refrigerator

• Trucks governed at 72 MPH

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No DUI/DWI
• No SAP participation
• No reckless driving or major moving violations
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
