CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Home Weekly | Sign On Bonus | Up to $1,700+/Week

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a regional refrigerated grocery fleet based in Shelbyville, Indiana. This position offers weekly home time, consistent miles, competitive pay, and late-model automatic equipment.

Drivers with at least 6 months of recent Class A CDL experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,600–$1,700+
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Mileage pay plus:
  • Stop Pay
  • Load Pay
  • Detention Pay
• Performance-based mileage increase after one year
• Sign-On Bonus up to $7,500 (paid in installments based on performance and tenure)

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Regional routes throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio
• Weekend home time not guaranteed
• Consistent year-round freight

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
• Haul refrigerated grocery freight throughout the Midwest
• Use a pallet jack and assist with unloading when required
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logs
• Deliver freight safely and on time

Equipment

• Late-model sleeper tractors (2023 and newer)
• Freightliner and International trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• APUs and inverters
• Outward-facing safety cameras
• Electronic logging devices (ELD)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• No endorsements required
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards
• Must live within approximately 120 miles of Shelbyville, IN
