Home Daily CDL A Truck Drivers - Reefer | $2000/Week | Denver

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for local and regional refrigerated routes based in the Denver metro area. Drivers will haul no-touch refrigerated freight throughout Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah.

This opportunity offers flexible home time options, competitive mileage pay, modern equipment, and strong bonus opportunities.

Home Time Options

Local Position

• Home daily
• Occasional overnight runs during peak demand periods
• Must live within 50 miles of Aurora, CO

Regional Position

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Occasional stop-throughs during the week
• Must live within 60 miles of Aurora, CO or 65 miles of Rifle, CO

Pay & Compensation

Annual Earnings: $73,372 – $82,212

Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,450 – $1,581

Mileage Pay:

• 0–1 year experience: $0.70 CPM
• 2 years: $0.71 CPM
• 3 years: $0.725 CPM
• 4 years: $0.74 CPM
• 5 years: $0.75 CPM
• 10+ years: $0.80 CPM

Additional Pay

• $17 stop pay
• $24/hour detention pay after 2 hours (up to $150)
• Up to 3% safety bonus
• Winter Mountain Driving Bonus available for regional drivers ($1,000 seasonal bonus; up to $5,000 total potential)

What You'll Do

• Deliver refrigerated freight throughout:
  • Colorado
  • Southern Wyoming
  • Eastern Utah
• Run approximately 1,700 miles per week
• Handle a mix of:
  • Drop & hook freight
  • Live unload deliveries
• Operate in a 24/7 freight environment
• Maintain safe and efficient operations in all weather conditions

• Late-model 2025 trucks

• Refrigerated trailers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience
• Safety-focused mindset

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
