Pay & Compensation

  • Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500–$1,675
  • Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $87,300
  • Day Shift: $17.60/hour + $0.22 CPM
  • Night Shift: $20.06/hour + $0.22 CPM
  • Weekend Shift: $23.76/hour + $0.22 CPM
  • Weekly direct deposit

Compensation includes hourly pay plus mileage. Actual earnings vary based on shifts, miles, and workload.

Home Time & Schedule

  • Home Daily
  • Local intermodal operation
  • Day and night shifts available
  • Weekend work may be available depending on business needs
  • Consistent local freight throughout the Inland Empire

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
  • Transport loaded and empty intermodal containers
  • Pick up and deliver containers between rail yards, customer facilities, and distribution centers
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Inspect tractors, chassis, containers, and securement equipment
  • Complete electronic logs and DOT paperwork
  • Follow all rail-yard and terminal safety procedures

Freight & Equipment

  • 100% No-Touch Freight
  • Local intermodal container freight
  • Intermodal containers on chassis
  • Modern equipment with an average fleet age of approximately two years
  • Local drayage operations throughout Southern California

Operating Area

Drivers primarily operate throughout:

  • Bloomington
  • Fontana
  • Rialto
  • Ontario
  • Rancho Cucamonga
  • Colton
  • San Bernardino
  • Riverside
  • Inland Empire and surrounding Southern California communities

Applicants must live within 35 miles of Bloomington, CA (92316).

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Must live within the approved hiring area
  • Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and MVR review
  • Comfortable operating in rail-yard and intermodal environments
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service
