Responsibilities
- Chief Operating Officer (COO): Oversee school operations, implement strategic initiatives, and improve operational efficiency.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Director of Finance: Lead the finance department, oversee financial operations, and develop financial strategies.
- School Accountant: Handle daily accounting tasks, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial statements.
- Bookkeeper: Maintain accurate financial records, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Controller: Oversee accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and implement internal controls.
- Financial Analyst: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Budget Manager: Develop and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in school finance or operations
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
B/Suite Requirements for Directors
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in your area of expertise
- Experience in leadership roles with management responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large projects
Compensation
Starting compensation for executives ranges from $25-$90/hour. All consultants are 1099 contractors. All executives are eligible for referral bonuses and free coaching and development.
