Fractional Finance Executives (Schools x B/Suite)

We are hiring fractional executives with robust experience in school operations and finance to join our pool of talented professionals. These roles are essential in providing strategic and operational support to educational institutions. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of school finance and operations, a passion for education, and the ability to work flexibly in a fractional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Chief Operating Officer (COO): Oversee school operations, implement strategic initiatives, and improve operational efficiency.
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Director of Finance: Lead the finance department, oversee financial operations, and develop financial strategies.
• School Accountant: Handle daily accounting tasks, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial statements.
• Bookkeeper: Maintain accurate financial records, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Controller: Oversee accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and implement internal controls.
• Financial Analyst: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Budget Manager: Develop and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial goals.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in school finance or operations
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

B/Suite Requirements for Directors

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in your area of expertise
• Experience in leadership roles with management responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large projects

Compensation

Starting compensation for executives ranges from $25-$90/hour. All consultants are 1099 contractors. All executives are eligible for referral bonuses and free coaching and development.
