Overview

We are seeking a Digital Media & Strategy Manager to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive foot traffic to our physical market locations.

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current digital presence, including website, social media platforms, email marketing, etc.
    • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals, target audience, and market positioning.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Develop and manage a content calendar outlining the frequency and themes of posts.
    • Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on social media channels, including responding to comments and messages.
    • Develop and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote events, seasonal offerings, and special promotions
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results and ROI.
    • Develop an email marketing strategy to keep the customer base informed and engaged.
    • Design visually appealing email templates and manage email distribution lists.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, etc.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
    Role Requirements
    • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms.
      Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising strategies.
    • Experience in developing and managing a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
    • Ability to design visually appealing email templates and social media graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
    • Experience in providing regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    B/Suite Requirements for Managers
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in your area of expertise
    • Experience as a tactical team member with excellent project management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large projects

    Compensation

    Starting compensation for Manager-level executives is $55/hour. All consultants are 1099 contractors. All executives are eligible for referral bonuses and free coaching and development.
