    Responsibilities
    • Develop a robust social media content strategy aligned with our mission, values, and objectives.
    • Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring it reflects our organizational principles.
    • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media content.
    • Actively engage with the online community, fostering dialogue and sharing diverse perspectives and stories.
    • Monitor social media performance metrics, providing monthly reports summarizing key insights, engagement rates, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Identify and engage with potential partners, influencers, and advocates to extend reach and increase impact.
    Role Requirements
    • Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy development.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling content that reflects organizational principles.
    • Experience in community engagement and fostering an online community.
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor performance and provide reports.
    • Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with organizational events and campaigns.
    B/Suite Requirements for Managers
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in your area of expertise
    • Experience as a tactical team member with excellent project management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large projects

    Compensation

    Starting compensation for Manager-level executives is $55/hour. All consultants are 1099 contractors. All executives are eligible for referral bonuses and free coaching and development.
