About the Position

Our client is looking for an Attorney to work in a immigration practice: Residency, Deportation Proceedings, Consular Processing, Family Petitions, Asylum, Naturalization, Appeals, Waivers, Work Permits, U-Visa/T-Visa, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Special Immigrant Juvenile Petition (SIJ), Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

Our client has served the Austin, TX area since 2015, including Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Hutto, Taylor, Manor, Buda, San Marcos and others. Also serving San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo, Karnes, and Pearsall.

Requirements

  • Must be in good standing and licensed in the State of Texas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work 1 Saturday (1/2 day) every other month

Job Type: Full-time - Permanent

Days: Monday - Friday Onsite Position

Location: North Austin

Salary:

DOE $80K - $155,000 yearly, plus commission (DOE) Lower Salary for Entry Level Experience
