Key Responsibilities

Oversee full showroom operations and sales performance

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

Drive customer satisfaction and ensure premium service standards

Monitor KPIs, conversion ratios, footfall performance, and revenue growth

Manage inventory display, vehicle presentation, and showroom standards

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
