We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-performing automotive dealership showroom. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional automotive retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full showroom operations and sales performance

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure premium service standards

  • Monitor KPIs, conversion ratios, footfall performance, and revenue growth

  • Manage inventory display, vehicle presentation, and showroom standards

  • Coordinate with marketing team to drive walk-ins and lead generation

  • Handle high-value client negotiations and key account relationships

  • Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts for senior management

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, insurance, and trade-in processes
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Data-driven and commercially astute
