EVENTS MANAGER - LUXURY HOSPITALITY

A leading hospitality group with a portfolio of high-end, award-winning restaurants across Abu Dhabi and Dubai is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Events Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role will be primarily based in Abu Dhabi, managing private dining, large-scale events, VIP experiences, and high-value corporate and social functions across multiple upscale venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive event revenue across luxury restaurant brands

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of private hires and high profile events
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, corporates, embassies, and luxury planners

• Coordinate closely with operations, culinary, and marketing teams

• Develop creative event concepts aligned with premium brand positioning

• Ensure seamless guest experience delivery and post-event follow-up

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant event management

Strong background in private dining, corporate events, and social celebrations

Proven track record in driving event sales and meeting revenue KPIs

Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded

UAE experience is a MUST
