SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER

Are you an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in EPC projects? We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join a leading EPC contractor in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programmes, recovery plans, and project cash flow forecasts.
• Track project progress and identify schedule risks and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Conduct delay analysis, critical path analysis, and earned value reporting.
• Support tender planning, resource loading, and manpower forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
8–15 years of planning experience with EPC contractors.
Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Excellent knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, and project controls.
Experience in industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, energy, or large-scale building EPC projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.
