We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef experienced in Turkish or Georgian cuisine to assist in leading our client kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, a creative flair, and the ability to work in a upscale dining, high-pressure environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chefs absence.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, with at least [2] years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
