We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef experienced in Turkish or Mediterenean cuisine to assist in leading our client kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, a creative flair, and the ability to work in a upscale dining, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
 - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
 - Lead, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
 - Manage inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
 - Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
 - Contribute to menu development, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
 - Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chefs absence.
 - Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, with at least [2] years in a similar role.
