WAITRESS-FINE DINING

Our client is an upcoming nightlife venue located in Dubai are looking to hire experienced FINE DINING waiters/waitress to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the waitstaff team, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to provide detailed explanations and recommendations to guests.
• Train and mentor staff members, providing ongoing coaching and support to elevate their skills and knowledge.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations. 

What we are looking for?

• Previous experience as waiter/waitress from high-end fine dining concepts is a MUST.
  
• Elegant and high-end restaurant suitable presentation
• Excellent English's communication skills
• Preference to be given to candidates who can join immediately.
• Russian speaking preferred
