Our client is a leading food production company based in DIP is looking to hire Sales Executives. Some of the key tasks you may be expected to perform include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities: You will need to research and identify potential customers and markets for your company's products. This may involve attending trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related gatherings.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers. This includes understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that their orders are fulfilled on time and to their satisfaction.
  • Conducting market research: You will need to keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities. This may involve conducting surveys, analyzing sales data, and monitoring industry publications.
  • Creating sales strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with your company's overall business objectives. This may involve setting sales targets, developing pricing strategies, and identifying promotional opportunities.
  • Collaborating with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing feedback to management: You will be expected to provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of food production processes and regulations, as well as a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of your customers.

What are we looking for?

  • MBA or relevant qualification
  • Candidates MUST have min 2 - 3 sales experience in the food production sector in Dubai.
  • Strong market knowledge & network in high end HORECA channel.
  • Valid UAE driving license and car
