About the job OFFICE MANAGER
Our client is a leading marketing firm based in Dubai are looking to hire an experienced Office Manager.
What will you do?
- Supervise and manage office support staff, ensuring efficient and effective operation of office activities.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and respond promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Undertake general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, Timekeeping, Leave Record Management, and employee relations and communications.
- Supports and coordinates New Visa Processing, Visa Renewal, Visa Cancellation
- Provide HR Policy guidance as per the UAE Labour Law
- Consulting with the line managers and provide daily HR guidance
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members
- Monitor the arrival time of employees
What we are looking for?
- Min 2 - 3yrs experience as an Office Manager in the UAE in a similar role
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Canva, Asana
- Excellent Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Good planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Good etiquette and presentable
