Our client is a leading group based in Dubai are looking for an Executive Assistant with back ground in finance for their dubai office. The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial operations, and the ability to manage high-level administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion while managing the executive's daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the executive, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the executive's time is effectively utilized and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Financial Analysis: Assist with reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for the executive and key stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking. Help monitor spending to ensure alignment with the organizations financial goals.
- Presentation Development: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings. Assist in drafting executive summaries, board presentations, and other documentation.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity, safeguarding sensitive financial and business information.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional support as needed, such as organizing corporate events, supporting HR or finance initiatives, or liaising with external partners.
Qualifications:
- CPA certified with a focus on business administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a financial or corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), financial software, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and the ability to support decision-making processes.
- TAGALOG SPEAKERS PREFERRED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a financial institution or corporate finance department.
- Project management certification or experience.
