Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.
 Strong knowledge of modern British & European cuisine with an innovative approach.
 Excellent leadership, training, and team management abilities.
 Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
 Experience in handling VIP clientele and private dining requests.
 Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control and procurement.
