Join our client, a dynamic hospitality group  based in Abu Dubai. With cuisines spanning American, Indian, Emirati, and Italian, , they are seeking a talented and experienced Area Chef to oversee the culinary excellence of our multi-brand portfolio and ensure adherence to quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the culinary operations across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in all kitchen operations.
  • SOP Management: Create, monitor, and enforce kitchen SOPs to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Menu Consistency: Collaborate with brand chefs to maintain authenticity and innovation in American, Indian, Emirati, and Italian cuisine offerings.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and manage kitchen teams across various outlets to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Cost Management: Monitor inventory levels, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce menu enhancements that resonate with our diverse customer base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and management teams to align culinary goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in the UAE
  • Expertise in a range of cuisines
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
