An opportunity for a Head Chef arose with our client in Dubai for an upscale Japanese restaurant.

What will you do?

  • Assist the Group Executive Head Chef in creating new menu items and new recipes if needed
  • Ensure that all the food meets the highest quality standards & is executed on time
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team & assisting them as required
  • Train the team to prepare & cook the food according to the recipes
  • Stocktaking ingredients & equipment & placing orders as needed
  • Implement and enforce all the HACCP guidelines
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
  • Ensure all recipes are maintained and updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared
  • Able to execute recipes given by the Group Executive Chef
