Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef - European Cuisine for a nightlife venue in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Create innovative and seasonal menus inspired by classic European dishes, incorporating contemporary culinary trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the kitchen team, providing training, development, and motivation to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Cost Management: Monitor food costs, optimize inventory, and manage the kitchen budget effectively.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a beach restaurant with a focus on upscale European cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional European cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • A creative approach to menu development with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume kitchen.
  • Culinary certification or relevant qualifications are a plus.
