About the job DEMI CHEF - GRILL

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie Grill to join our client's culinary team at a high-end Mediterranean restaurant. You'll be responsible for preparing and executing perfectly grilled dishes using the finest ingredients, staying true to the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection

  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

  • Ensure food quality and portion control standards are met

  • Collaborate with the team to develop new grill dishes inspired by Mediterranean traditions

  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Grill Chef, ideally in a Mediterranean or upscale restaurant

  • Strong understanding of grilling techniques and timing

  • Knowledge of ingredients and spices commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
