About the job DEMI CHEF - GRILL
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie Grill to join our client's culinary team at a high-end Mediterranean restaurant. You'll be responsible for preparing and executing perfectly grilled dishes using the finest ingredients, staying true to the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean region.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection

Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene

Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

Ensure food quality and portion control standards are met

Collaborate with the team to develop new grill dishes inspired by Mediterranean traditions

Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Grill Chef, ideally in a Mediterranean or upscale restaurant

Strong understanding of grilling techniques and timing

Knowledge of ingredients and spices commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen

Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
