Our client is a leading media company based in Dubai expanding its operations to KSA are looking to hire experienced BDMs who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the PR and media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize potential clients within the PR and media sector.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the PR and media industry.
- Strong understanding of the PR and media landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have experience in KSA within the PR and Media sector.
