We are seeking a result-oriented and dynamic Business Development Manager (Sales) to spearhead growth across facade design-build verticals. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry networks, consultative selling skills, and a proven track record in securing high-value projects across commercial, and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in façade engineering and decorative lighting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, project management companies (PMCs), developers, and contractors.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into profitable projects.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical solution proposals tailored to client needs.

Client Engagement & Account Management:

  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate façade and lighting solutions.
  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales client interactions to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Regularly visit project sites, attend design meetings, and coordinate with internal technical teams.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market shifts in façade and architectural lighting domains.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to design and engineering teams for innovative solutions and value-added offerings.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with estimation, design, and execution teams for technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain updated CRM records and generate regular reports on sales forecasts, targets, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-12 years of experience in B2B/project sales, with proven exposure to façade systems or architectural lighting.
  • Strong understanding of façade products, curtain walls, cladding systems, structural glass, and decorative lighting specifications.
  • Existing network with key decision-makers in real estate, design, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and liaise effectively with design professionals.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in handling luxury or premium project clients.

  • Understanding of tendering processes, BOQs, and contract structures in facade/lighting works.

  • Technical sales acumen combined with a strong commercial outlook.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across project locations in India.
