Our client is an upscale casual restaurant and party concept based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, and a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. A natural leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operation with a hands-on approach and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with employees on preparation, guest profile, service and menu served
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Manage and lead the restaurant team
  • Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
  • Comply with fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent grooming standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in standalone restaurant and lounge concepts is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Able to meet financial targets
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Proficiency in French or Italian languages preferred
